This Bath first opened in 1948. Later, in 1956 it, among others, was expanded with a 50-m swimming pool. Its water base at that time was provided by a well bored in 1944, which finally secured the efficient use of the thermal waters found under the bed of the Danube. In 1970, the water of the Széchenyi Thermal Bath was directed to Dagály Bath, thus raising it to the status of a thermal baths. Dagály has provided a full range of medical services to its guests ever since. At the moment, there are 10 pools of various forms and temperatures in the facility's pleasant, picturesque surroundings.

Water Composition: Hot spring water with calcium, magnesium, hydrogen-carbonate and sulphate-chloride, also containing sodium and a significant content of fluoride ions.

Les Thermes Gellért  sont un établissement thermal situé dans le 11e arrondissement de Budapest, au pied du Gellért-hegy.

Ils sont adossés à l'hôtel Gellért, célèbre pour ses décors Sécession, construit entre 1912 et 1918 par les architectes Ármin Hegedűs, Artúr Sebestyén et Izidor Sterk.
La première mention de sources médicinales à cet endroit date du règne d'András II au xiiie siècle. Un hôpital occupa le site au Moyen Âge, puis les Ottomans y édifièrent des thermes évoqués par Evliya Çelebi, écrivain turc célèbre pour ses récits de voyages.

Modernisé lors de sa restauration après la seconde guerre mondiale, le complexe thermal comprend un institut d'hydrothérapie installé dans un cadre d'époque mais doté d'équipements modernes.

Les Thermes Széchenyi (en hongrois : Széchenyi gyógyfürdő [ˈseːtʃeːɲi ˈɟoːc.fyɾdøː]) sont les thermes principaux de Budapest, situés dans Városliget, dans le 14e arrondissement. Comptant parmi les plus grands établissements thermaux d'Europe, l’eau y est composée de calcium, de magnésium, d’hydrocarbonate, de sodium et de sulfate. Il y a de nombreux bassins, dont la température s’échelonne entre seize et quarante degrés. L'établissement tient son nom d'István Széchenyi.

The Open-Air Bath, located o­n the Margit island, in a nature conservation area, was opened as a beach o­n the bank of the Danube in 1919. With the construction of the large pool it was transformed in 1921 into an open-air bath.
Owing to its high popularity it had to be expanded, therefore an architectural  project tender was launched in 1937, as a result of which the plans composed by István Janáky were accepted. The current installation was completed o­n the basis of these plans. Its pools are supplied by the thermal springs of the Margit Island. In the second half of the 1980s, a five-path chute was built. The open-air bath, also equipped with a wave-bath pool, allocated in a park area, is visited by many foreign guests, in addition to the Hungarian o­nes. There are sports grounds and playgrounds for children, offering excellent distraction facilities for all age groups. In 2002 the pools of the Open-Air Bath were modernised, they were equipped with water filtering and revolving devices. The swimming pool was shaped into three sections: swimming pool, fancy pool and beach pool. Of these, the fancy pool is expecting visitors with neck shower, effervescence generator and whirling corridor.

Le centre des bains actuels a été construit à l'époque de la domination des Turcs, au XVIème siècle. L'histoire des bains Rudas remonte, donc, à plus de 500 ans. La structure de la salle des bassins avec ses colonnes se trouvant sous la coupole est très spéciale.

Depuis 1936 les bains Rudas ont été réservés aux hommes. Depuis 2005, l'année où la rénovation a été terminée, les bains sont ouverts aux femmes aussi, mais uniquement le mardi et les week-ends.
